“To achieve these goals and keep our existing operation functioning we realized that we would need help from outside. We looked at a number of consulting groups and selected CPQi. We liked their obvious expertise in the front office domain which has proved key to configuring Murex in an optimal manner. CPQi also brought Fast Track “Scrum” methodology to the project which enabled issues to be talked on a daily basis and early delivery of tangible, usable results.
